Welcome to Cuteka.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- Accuracy: We try our best to display product colors accurately, but monitor settings may vary.
- Fragility: Many of our items (ceramics, glass, decor) are delicate. Please handle them with extreme care upon arrival.
🎀 Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are fragile and delicate nature, returns are not accepted once sold. All sales are final.
However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a refund under the following strict condition:
You must record an unboxing video.
Please make a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package. The video must be unedited and clearly show the shipping label and the damage.
Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claims for damage or missing items.
Refund Timeline:
If your claim is found legit after verification, the refund amount will be reimbursed to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier service.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address/phone number, re-shipping charges will apply.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
