Returns & Exchanges
At Cuteka, we curate our collection with immense love and care. Due to the fragility and delicate nature of our products (glassware, ceramics, decor), we enforce a strict policy:
We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "didn't like the style" reasons.
We only offer replacements or refunds if the item delivered to you is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to Claim a Refund for Damage?
To ensure fairness, we require proof that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery.
A 360-degree unboxing video is required to claim any refund or replacement.
Please follow these rules for the video:
- Start the video before opening the package.
- Show the shipping label clearly on the camera.
- Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Show the damage clearly in the video.
*If no unboxing video is provided, or if the video is edited/cut, we will not be able to process the refund.
Processing & Timeline
Once you have shared the video and your claim is verified as legit by our team:
- We will initiate the refund to your original source of payment (UPI/Card/Bank).
- The amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing speed.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries!
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped or the tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order.
- For prepaid cancelled orders, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
